NEUTRON COMPONENTS — RETURN POLICY


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at jam@neutron.bike before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns ship to:

114, Building B1, UP Zhigu, Hongwei Xincun, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China

Once your return is approved, we'll send a shipping label and instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong — defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — contact us immediately and we'll sort it out.


Items We Can't Accept Back

We don't accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised orders, or personal care products.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, ask us first.


Exchanges

Return the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order separately. That's the fastest way to get what you need.


EU Orders

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Same conditions apply: unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
